If you should have a question about your athlete's injury after hours, please call the IAM's Athletic Medicine Hotline, 952-920-8850. The hotline is staffed 24 hours a day by a certified and registered athletic trainer who can give you advice on any question you may have regarding your student athletes injury. This is a FREE Service.

If your student athlete is seen or treated by a doctor for an injury or serious illness, they MUST bring a written note from the doctor before they can return to practice or play in a game. This includes any injury or serious illness that occurs at or outside of school activities.

This is a Minnesota State High School league Rule (Bylaw 107.00). This is for the student's protection as well as to keep everyone informed as to the student's readiness.
The doctor can send a note with the student or can fax it to 763-504-8686.
