Congratulations to the Cooper Marching Band!
The Cooper marching band was selected to march in the 2023 Chicago St. Patrick's Day Parade on Saturday, March 11 at 12:30 pm. The 68th Annual parade starts at Balbo and Columbus and will travel north on Columbus Drive to Monroe. The viewing stand will be located in front of Buckingham Fountain.
As unit #47, the Robbinsdale Cooper Marching Band has also been selected to pause and perform on TV during the parade. This is an especially great honor and opportunity for the band.
You can watch the St. Patrick's Day Parade on channel ABC 7 Chicago. It will be streamed live on ABC7Chicago.com and the ABC 7 News App. The broadcast will also be posted online to watch on-demand after the parade.
The parade will follow the 68th Annual dyeing of the Chicago River the traditional brilliant green.
