Robbinsdale Area Schools Enrollment Center manages the enrollment process for all new and returning K-12 students, as well as address changes. Our staff are happy to tell you more about our schools and special programs, such as Spanish immersion or dual-language, STEAM, International Baccalaureate (IB) and Advanced Placement courses. At the Enrollment Center, you can also learn about education benefits such as free and reduced lunch; busing and transportation; discuss health-related concerns and immunizations; as well as language assessment for English Learner Services.

Please submit proof of residency along with your address change form. Proof of residency can include:
- A utility bill (gas, water, electric, trash) delivered within the last 30 days
- Valid driver’s license or state issued identification card
- Rent statement dated within the last 30 days
- Purchase agreement (signed and dated) for home within district boundaries; or a lease agreement (signed and dated) with lease dates
Documents needed for enrollment

Robbinsdale Area Schools is committed to a healthy and safe learning environment. Minnesota law requires certain immunizations, or written proof of exemption, for students to attend school. Students are not allowed to attend school until they are compliant with Minnesota's Immunization Law. Please see the Minnesota Department of Health's website for more information and the Immunization Form.
Birth Certificate or passport
If bringing a birth certificate, an official or certified copy is needed. This is required for Kindergarten and for students who have not previously been enrolled in school.
Early Childhood Screening for Kindergarten
Early Childhood Screening is required for all children before they start kindergarten. Screening can be done when your child is 3-5 years old. Robbinsdale Area Schools offers free screening at the New Hope Learning Center, 8301 47th Ave. N. New Hope. To make an appointment, call (763) 504-4180.
Proof of Residence
Bring one proof of residence, which includes a utility bill (gas, water, electric, trash) delivered within the last 30 days; valid driver’s license; rent statement dated within the last 30 days; purchase agreement (signed and dated) for home within district boundaries; or a lease agreement (signed and dated) with lease dates.
